Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Service periods

Ongoing campaign management is billed per monthly service period. One-off pieces of work are billed as quoted.

2. Cancelling ongoing work

You may cancel ongoing work by giving written notice by email. Work continues to the end of the service period already paid for, and no further invoices are issued after that.

3. Refunds

• Fees for work already delivered are non-refundable
• If a service period is paid in advance and cancelled before any work starts, that fee is refunded in full
• Where work has partly started, we refund the proportion not yet delivered, assessed fairly

4. Advertising spend

Money paid directly to advertising platforms is not ours to refund. Unspent platform balances remain in your own ad account.

5. If something goes wrong

Tell us as soon as possible and we will work to put it right, usually by redoing the affected work. If that is not possible, a fair refund of the affected portion will be discussed.

6. Pausing

Work can be paused by agreement instead of cancelled. Paused periods are not invoiced while no work is being carried out.
